Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide project and administrative support to key Project Managers and project teams to ensure their ability to meet all goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Project Managers in creating schedules, action items, meeting minutes and status reports
  • Under the direction of Project Managers, conduct light research on projects as needed
  • Assist with internal processes pertaining to contracts and related paperwork
  • Interface with customer contacts for the purposes of planning and scheduling in support of project needs and deadlines
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and everything required for a meeting, including meeting notices, attendee confirmations, conference rooms, technology, materials and presentations, meals, travel and communication.
  • Coordinate and manage travel itineraries
  • Prepare expense reports and complete credit card reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree in business or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in project coordination
  • Experience in a project based, creative and technical organization strongly preferred
  • Experience in a production environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience supporting multiple people and prioritizing the many demands in a manner that ensures deadlines are met
  • Excellent calendar management skills and experience with complex scheduling challenges
  • Excellent facility with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior work ethic and accountability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and tact at all times
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly across the organization and with all levels.
  • Solid relationship skills and the ability to drive follow through in a pleasant demeanor
