We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can look at the big picture and transcend the noise. This individual will work directly with our multidisciplinary design team and senior creatives to design user experiences for a wide variety of applications. They will be able to understand and deliver novel and fluid ways of looking at the information space, making it better, easier, and faster for users to do their job.

• Imagine, storyboard, prototype, and collaborate on designs that simplify user experience and increase user effectiveness
• Produce graphics and innovative designs
• Work with members of the creative team to refine and expand upon design
• All other duties as assigned

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI/Web/Interactive/Graphic Design
• Portfolio illustrating engaging and inspiring design work
• Possess a strong sense of visual design
• Be able to clearly articulate design decisions to senior creatives and clients
• Capable of effectively changing course to get things done within short timeframes in order to meet aggressive deadlines
• Be self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver)
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS, web front-end experience, and other motion graphics is a plus
