We are looking for an AV Design Engineer for a 3 month contract assignment to support the development of a large commercial project at the conceptual design stage of the process. This is an opportunity to work on cutting edge designs and technology solutions.

Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant position is a member of a highly integrated two-person team that reports to and supports the company Founder & Chief Creative Officer and will provide backup support to the general administrative staff. Duties will include: meeting set up and management, catering coordination, expense reporting, executive time tracking, non-standard NDA management, correspondence and many special projects. This position requires a high degree of support skill and professionalism. The selected individual will be able to work effectively at all levels of the organization and interact with individuals and officials at the highest levels outside of the organization. Ability to effectively deliver results in a fast-paced creative technology environment with a high level of ambiguity is key to success in this role.

Help Desk Administrator
We are seeking an on-premise Help Desk Administrator to provide IT help desk support and administration to Applied Minds employees and infrastructure, including monitoring and managing incoming help desk requests, maintaining inventory, setting up new users, maintaining network equipment, printers, conference room technology, and assisting the IT team with projects as needed. We support users across many time zones, ensuring reliable business communications and system uptime.

Senior Design Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to design and build tangible and functional prototypes and products.  The ideal candidate will help lead efforts in design, engineering and fabrication of prototypes, models, and finished assemblies.
