The Administrative Assistant will provide general front office support, as well as support the creative and technical operations teams.  Reporting the VP of Human Resources, the Administrative Assistant will be the critical first point of contact for Applied Minds’ clients, vendors, consultants, prospective employees, and VIPs. This position will support a breadth of needs that enable the creative and technical teams to focus on their work at hand. Among the duties will be: expense reporting, timekeeping system management, supply ordering, mail management, catering, travel support.  The selected individual will maintain important security protocols and create a welcoming and positive experience for every visitor. They will help coordinate and support internal meetings as well support the Executive Admin team during visitor and VIP meetings. 
We are looking for an AV Design Engineer for a 3 month contract assignment to support the development of a large commercial project at the conceptual design stage of the process. This is an opportunity to work on cutting edge designs and technology solutions.
We are seeking a Buyer who will report to the Director of Purchasing and work closely with company Co-Founders and Project Managers. This individual will source and buy unique, special order, or one-of-a-kind high-technology equipment and supplies at the lowest costs.  Responsibilities include locating the best goods and services, choosing suppliers and vendors, and negotiating purchase prices and contracts.  
The Executive Assistant position is a member of a highly integrated two-person team that reports to and supports the company Founder & Chief Creative Officer and will provide backup support to the general administrative staff. Duties will include: meeting set up and management, catering coordination, expense reporting, executive time tracking, non-standard NDA management, correspondence and many special projects. This position requires a high degree of support skill and professionalism. The selected individual will be able to work effectively at all levels of the organization and interact with individuals and officials at the highest levels outside of the organization. Ability to effectively deliver results in a fast-paced creative technology environment with a high level of ambiguity is key to success in this role.
We are looking for a Lighting Designer for a minimum 3 month assignment to be a hands on and a collaborative member of an architectural design team during the conceptual design stage of large complex commercial and government facilities projects. 
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to design and build tangible and functional prototypes and products.  The ideal candidate will help lead efforts in design, engineering and fabrication of prototypes, models, and finished assemblies.
